Do tình hình dịch Covid-19 vẫn đang tiếp diễn phức tạp, Hội đồng thi ĐGNLNN yêu cầu tất cả các thí sinh dự thi đợt ngày thi 17.04.2021 phải khai báo y tế trước khi vào khu vực thi.

Lưu ý, nếu tình hình hiện tại của thí sinh không đáp ứng được TẤT CẢ các yêu cầu trong mẫu khai báo y tế, thí sinh cần liên hệ với Trung tâm Khảo thí tại Phòng 106 A4 – Trường Đại học Ngoại ngữ – ĐHQGHN để làm thủ tục chuyển sang kỳ thi khác.

Các thí sinh đáp ứng đủ điều kiện cần hoàn thành tờ khai trước buổi thi và nộp tại khu kiểm tra an ninh sảnh nhà A2 và tầng 1 Nhà C1 khoa Pháp vào ngày thi. Một số tờ khai vẫn sẽ có tại sảnh A2 và tầng 1 Nhà C1 Khoa Pháp, tuy nhiên các thí sinh được khuyến cáo hoàn thành trước buổi thi như hướng dẫn để tránh quá tải. Các thí sinh không nộp khai báo y tế sẽ không được vào khu vực thi.

NOTICE: HEALTH DECLARATION FOR VSTEP TEST ON 17^th April 2021 Due to the complicated situation of Covid-19 pandemic, all the candidates taking the VSTEP on 17^th April 2021 are required to submit the Health Declaration form before entering the examination area.

Please download here, print and fill in the form. Please be noted that if your current condition CANNOT fulfill ALL the requirements stated in the form, you will need to contact the ULIS Center for Testing and Assessment at Room 106 Building A4 for support of test date change.

Those who meet all the requirements will need to submit the completed form at A2 Building Lobby or C1 Building Lobby when having security screening on the test day. Some hardcopies will still be available at the security check on that day; however, test takers are recommended to complete the form beforehand as instructed to save time. Those who do not submit the form will not be able to enter the examination area.
